About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About change to the person of bodies and (or) fabrics"

Article 1. ZR-324 "About change to the person of bodies and (or) fabrics" (further - the Law) to add the law of the Republic of Armenia of April 16, 2002 with Chapter 3.1:
"Chapter 3.1. State control of change implementation to the person of bodies and (or) fabrics
Article 12.1. State control of change implementation to the person of bodies and (or) fabrics
The state control of change implementation to the person of bodies and (or) fabrics performs the inspection body exercising the control authorized by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 2. To add article 14 of the Law with part 2 following of content:
"Persons violating requirements of this Law bear responsibility according to the procedure, established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
