About enforcement of the Law No. 170/2018 on registration of some vehicles and modification of some legal acts

Based on article 14 of the Law No. 131/2007 on traffic safety (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 11-21, 6) and the Law No. 170/2018 on registration of some vehicles and modification of some legal acts (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 309-320, 490) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve changes which are made to some orders of the Government (are applied).

2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration to inform depositary of the Convention of the United Nations on traffic constituted in Vienna on November 8, 1968 which the Republic of Moldova joined based on the Resolution of Parliament No. 1318/1993, on enforcement in the Republic of Moldova of the registration certificate for participation in the international traffic of vehicles with neutral registration numbers.

3. Refuse to boundary police permission of crossing of frontier of the Republic of Moldova by the vehicle with neutral registration numbers given to use to other persons, than specified in Item 3 of article I of the Law No. 170/2018 on registration of some vehicles and modification of some legal acts or in the absence of the agreement of free use or the agreement of property hiring regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.

4. This resolution becomes effective on September 1, 2018.
