About modification of some Orders of the Government

Based on parts (1-1)-(1-3), (6) and (7) Article 17 and part (1-1) articles 33 of the Law on nationality of the Republic of Moldova No. 1024/2000 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, the special edition of December 9, 2005) and for the purpose of program implementation of acquisition of nationality of the Republic of Moldova by means of investments DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 786/2017 about acquisition of nationality by means of investments (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 356-359, 892) to make the following changes:

1) to add the resolution with Item 3 following of content:

"3. Approve the List of charges and payments on preparation, processing and assessment of case for acquisition of nationality of the Republic of Moldova by means of investments, collection for issue and departure of the passport, supplier payments of the state services and to the agent, and also the collection paid by accredited agents according to appendix No. 3";

2) in appendix No. 1:

a) in Item 1:
