Paragraph two of part nine of article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About management of objects of state-owned property" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 46, Art. 456; 2012, No. 40, Art. 480; 2018, 12, the Art. 68) to add No. with the words "and also on decisions of the state companies, organizations and organizations, economic societies in which authorized capital 100 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state, about alienation of housing to employees of such companies, organizations, organizations and economic societies by the sale performed in pursuance of conditions of the signed collective agreements without use of the competitive principles".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
