About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine of rather investment appeal of construction of facilities of renewable power

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of town-planning activities" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, No. 34, Art. 343 with subsequent changes):

1) in Article 31:

third to add part with the words "except the cases provided by part four of this Article";

to add item 4 of part four with the words "regarding accounting of results of environmental impact assessment";

2) in Article 32 part five:

the ninth to add the paragraph with words "(calculation of losses does not join losses of customers of construction which build objects without attraction of financial resources of the state or local budgets, the borrowing facilities provided under the state guarantees, means of the state and utility companies, budgetary institutions)";

the fourteenth to add the paragraph with words "(except objects which make electrical energy from wind energy, on condition of the positive conclusion of authorized body on environmental impact assessment)".

2. The paragraph third Item 5 of the Section II "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of town-planning activities" (2017, 9, the Art. 68) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to No. in the following edition:

"III (except the objects making electrical energy from wind energy) and the IV categories of complexity treat respectively objects with averages (CC 2) effects".
