About modification of article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About medicines" concerning access to results of preclinical studying and clinical testing of medicines

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. The eleventh article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About medicines" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1996, No. 22, of Art. 86 with subsequent changes) to add part with the words "and also to provide on the official website open entry to all results of preclinical studying and clinical testing of medicines (reports on preclinical researches and reports on the clinical testing constituted in the form established by the central executive body providing forming of state policy in the field of health care) which are open information".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day, and becomes effective in month from the date of entry into force.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within six months from the date of publication of this Law:

adopt the regulatory legal acts following from this Law;

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide review and reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
