About modification of the Order of the Government No. 470/2006 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of monthly public welfare payments to some categories of the population

1. In the Order of the Government No. 470/2006 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of monthly public welfare payments to some categories of the population (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 73-74, 509) to make the following changes:

1) in Item 2 of the resolution the text "Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family" to replace with the text "The Ministry of Health, work and social protection";

2) in the Provision:

a) in Item 1 after the text "in Item 2 this provision," to add with the text "to citizens of the Republic of Moldova,";

b) in Item 2:

in subitems a), a-1) and h) words of "penal system" shall be replaced with words "systems of penitentiary administration";

in the subitem i) to replace figures "100" with figures "500";

c) state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. Appointment and payment of the monthly public welfare payments provided by this Provision are performed by bodies of the national social insurance.";
