Article 1. Part 3 of article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of June 24, 1997 of ZR-137 "About budget system" after words "deputies of National assembly," to add with words of "fractions of National assembly".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of opening of the first session of National assembly of the following convocation.
