About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About budget system of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. Regarding the 2nd article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of June 24, 1997 "About budget system of the Republic of Armenia" (further - the Law) the words "are appointed only" shall be replaced with words ZR-137 "are used".

Article 2. To add part 2 of article 18 of the Law with the new paragraph of the following content:

"If in expenses of the government budget the trust fund of encouragement of staff of state body and (or) development of system, the damage caused as a result of administration of the state bodies or their officials performing Tax Service is provided (except as specified return of the amounts collected in the government budget from the corresponding acquisition accounts in the government budget), it is compensated at the expense of means of the specified fund, and in case of their insufficiency - other means of the government budget if other is not established by the law. At the same time the amounts received from satisfaction of the return requirements provided by officials in the procedure established by the law go for replenishment of the trust funds of encouragement and (or) development of system.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
