Article 1. In part 5 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of June 24, 1997 "About budget system of the Republic of Armenia of" the word "of 12-month term" shall be replaced with words ZR-137 "12 quarters".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective in day of assumption of office of the newly elected President of the republic.
