About approval of the Actions plan on execution of the Program of reforming of criminal executive system of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2004-2008
The government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Actions plan on execution of the Program of reforming of criminal executive system of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2004-2008.
2. The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan to take necessary measures for attraction of financial aid of the international organizations interested in participation in reforming of criminal executive system of the Republic of Tajikistan.
3. Determine that terms of implementation of this Plan can be adjusted, proceeding from amounts of the involved financial aid of the international organizations, amounts of funds from production economic activity of the correctional facilities allocated for reform actions and the means provided in the Government budget of the Republic of Tajikistan for Management on corrective cases of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan for the corresponding year.
