About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the public managerial institutions"

Article 1. In the second paragraph of part 3 of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of October 23, 2001 "About the public managerial institutions" (further - the Law) the words "device" of "city hall" (for city municipalities) or "rural administration" (for rural municipalities) shall be replaced with words ZR-247 "the office of municipal body (for Yerevan - the city hall of Yerevan)".
Article 2. Regarding 1 stata "the city hall or rural administration" shall be replaced with words 7 Laws of the word "municipal body (for Yerevan - the city hall of Yerevan)".
Article 3. In the Item "d" of part 1 of article 11 of the Law of the word of "the city hall (rural administration)" shall be replaced with words "municipal body (for Yerevan - the city hall of Yerevan)".
Article 4. Regarding 3rd article 14 of the Law of the word "City Halls (Rural Administration)" shall be replaced with words "municipal body (for Yerevan - the city hall of Yerevan)".
Article 5. Regarding 3rd article 15 of the Law of the word of "the city hall (rural administration)" shall be replaced with words "municipal body (for Yerevan - the city hall of Yerevan)".
Article 6. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
