Article 1. "About bankruptcy of banks, credit institutions, the investment companies managing investment funds and insurance companies" to state the Item "and" of part 1 of article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of November 6, 2001 to ZR-262 in the following edition:
"a) has the right to unilaterally terminate employment contracts, service provision agreements, lease of property and others, concluded with any person. The managing director-liquidator cannot terminate agreements of mortgage housing lending unilaterally;".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective in year after its official publication.
