About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About border troops"

Article 1. From part 2 of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of November 20, 2001 ZR-266 "About border troops" (further - the Law) words" whom appoints to position and the President of the Republic of Armenia dismisses" to exclude.
Article 2. Add the law with Article 4.1 of the following content:
"Article 4.1. Appointment and release of the commander of border troops
1. Appoints the commander of border troops to position and the President of the republic according to the proposal of the Prime Minister based on the written petition of the head of authorized body dismisses.
2. The proposal of the Prime Minister is submitted in writing and includes name, surname, middle name of person provided to position assignment, data on labor activity and rank.
3. Are attached the petition of the head of authorized body which includes information established by part 2 of this Article and the draft of the corresponding presidential decree of the republic on position assignment or dismissal to the proposal of the Prime Minister on appointment of the commander of border troops.
4. The president of the republic in three-day time after receipt of the proposal of the Prime Minister signs the draft of the decree attached to the offer or returns it to the Prime Minister with objections.
5. If the Prime Minister in five-day time does not accept objection of the President of the republic, then the President of the republic in three-day time upon termination of five-day term signs the decree or appeals to the Constitutional court.
6. If the Constitutional court makes the decision on recognition of the offer provided to the President of the republic by the Prime Minister corresponding to the Constitution, then the President of the republic in three-day time signs the relevant decree.
