About reorganization of some legal entities

No. 160-164, 537) and parts (3) Article 73 of the Civil code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1107/2002 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 82-86, 661) DECIDES: the Government
1. The State energy inspection by merging (accession) with the National agency on regulation in power will be reorganized.
2. The rights and obligations of the State energy inspection as the absorbed organization completely pass to National regulation agency in power as the absorbing body.
3. From the date of publication of this resolution to the head of the State energy inspection to initiate the procedure of the notification of personnel of organization on its reorganization.
4. The state energy inspection to perform release of workers who were not translated or refuse transfer in National regulation agency in power, according to the current legislation.
5. To National regulation agency in power to perform complete cession of property of the State energy inspection according to requirements of the Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of public property approved by the Order of the Government No. 901/2015.
6. Approve changes which are made to some orders of the Government, according to appendix No. 1.
7. Recognize invalid some orders of the Government, according to appendix No. 2.
