The purpose of this Law is regulation of the relations connected with activities of private employment agencies.
The legislation on private employment agencies consists of this Law and other acts of the legislation.
If the international treaty of the Republic of Uzbekistan establishes other rules, than those which are stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Uzbekistan about private employment agencies then are applied rules of the international treaty.
Private employment agency - the commercial organization rendering services to persons who are looking for work, for matching of work and employment, for personnel recruitment for employers, and also rendering information and consulting services in the field of employment.
The private employment agency shall have at least two workers, including the head having the higher education.
The basic principles of activities of private employment agencies are legality, openness and transparency, inadmissibility of discrimination.
Private employment agencies can be created by legal and (or) physical persons in any form of business.
The private employment agency cannot be created by state bodies, political parties, labor unions and the religious organizations.
The private employment agency shall have trade name and contain the words "Xususiy bandlik agentligi".
