About the state fee for issue of one-time (individual) licenses from subjects of foreign economic activity which broke the Law USSR "About Foreign Economic Activity"

For the purpose of replenishment of revenues of the government budget, prevention of illegal export of currency and material values for borders of Ukraine, strengthening of responsibility of subjects of business activity for violation of the law of Ukraine during implementation of the external economic transactions and according to articles 16 and 37 of the Law USSR "About Foreign Economic Activity" Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that for issue of one-time (individual) licenses on implementation of the external economic transaction the state collection in national currency of Ukraine in the amount of 0,2 of percent of cost of goods is collected from subjects of foreign economic activity to which according to article 37 of the Law USSR "About Foreign Economic Activity" the Ministry of Economics applies the special sanction in the form of the individual mode of licensing (products, works, services). At the same time recalculations of currency are performed on the rate established by the National Bank of Ukraine on payment date.

2. Determine that the means received from collection, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution are enlisted in the government budget.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.
