About modification of some Orders of the Government

Based on part (2) articles II of the Law No. 49/2018 on entering of amendments into the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Moldova No. 122/2003 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 126-132 261), parts (2) articles XXXIV of the Law No. 288/2017 on modification and amendments in some legal acts (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 464-470, 808) and parts (2) articles XIV of the Law No. 178/2018 on modification of some legal acts (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 309-320, 496) DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the State Tax Administration approved by the Order of the Government No. 395/2017 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 181-189, 484) to make the following changes:

Item 8 to add 1) with the subitem 13) of the following content:

"13) establishment of the crimes provided by Articles 241, of 242, of 244, 244-1, 250-253 and 335-1 Criminal codes of the Republic of Moldova No. 985/2002;"

2) in Item 9:

1) to add the subitem to letters of t-1) of the following content:

"t-1) exercises control of observance of the tax legislation within process of release, provision, acceptance and cost recovery of coupons on food;"

in the subitem 2):

add with letters of n-1)-n-4) of the following content:

"n-1) performs, upon the demand of the Ministry of Finance, till May 31 of accounting year, annual check of observance by the receiver of subsidizing of obligations on creation of the workplaces specified in the agreement on subsidizing throughout its action;

n-2) exercises control of correctness of calculation and timely transfer of budget payments of the national social insurance and fees of compulsory medical insurance and applies punishments for the offenses established for violation of provisions of the law concerning their calculation;

n-3) grants the registration certificate as the center of technical support for cash registers;
