About modification of the Regulations on procedure for appointment and payment of monetary compensations instead of free sanatorium permits to persons with limited opportunities owing to war approved by the Order of the Government No. 868/2004

Based on the Law No. 190/2003 on veterans (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 84-86, 392) and the Law on provision of pensions of the military personnel and faces of the commanding and ordinary structure of law-enforcement bodies No. 1544/1993 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 247-251, 752) DECIDES: the Government

In the Regulations on procedure for appointment and payment of monetary compensations instead of free sanatorium permits to persons with limited opportunities owing to war approved by the Order of the Government No. 868/2004 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 138-146, 1067) to make the following changes:

1) in all text of provision of the word "Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family" in any case shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Health, work and social protection" in the corresponding case;

Item 3 to state 2) in the following edition:

"3. Instead of free sanatorium permits persons recognized as persons with limited opportunities owing to war according to appendix No. 1 to this Provision use monetary compensation.";

Item 5 to state 3) in the following edition:

"5. Persons with limited opportunities owing to war are provided with free sanatorium permits National cash desk of social insurance.";

Paragraph one of Item 6 to state 4) in the following edition:

"The monetary compensation to persons specified in appendix No. 1 to this Provision is appointed on the basis of the statement by National cash desk of social insurance.";

Item 9 to state 5) in the following edition:

"9. Payment of compensation is made by National cash desk of social insurance based on information provided electronically by means of the chosen payment service provider";
