About modification of the Order of the Government No. 1368/2016 about approval of some veterinary sanitary standards

According to provisions of article 29 of the Law No. 221/2007 on veterinary and sanitary activities (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 125-129, 396), and also for the purpose of prevention of distribution and fight against the African plague of pigs in the territory of the Republic of Moldova, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1368/2016 about approval of some veterinary sanitary standards (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 453-458, 1427) to make the following changes:

Item 1 to add 1) with the subitem 3) of the following content:

"(3) the Veterinary sanitary standard establishing requirements of biological safety, irreplaceable for prevention and fight against the African plague of pigs at wild boars and domestic pigs according to appendix No. 3";

Appendix No. 2 to add 2) with Item 45-1 of the following content:

"45-1. Remuneration in the amount of, not exceeding equivalent in lei of the amount of 50 euros on the exchange rate of National Bank of Moldova on the date of payment, for each announced corpse is provided to persons which notified the Agency on detection of corpses of wild boars and on the place of their stay.

The regulations on payment of remunerations affirm the Agency.";

To add 3) with appendix No. 3 of the following content:
