Make change to item 4 of the Procedure for confirmation of the available working life for the purpose of pensions in the absence of the service record or the corresponding records in it approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 12, 1993 No. 637 (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1993, No. 12, Art. 273; The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 48, the Art. 2505), having added it with the paragraph of the following content:
"The periods of implementation of business activity using simplified taxation system, including using the fixed tax, are set off from January 1, 1998 to December 31, 2003 in labor activity of physical persons entrepreneurs based on the certificate of registration of person as subject of business activity, and from January 1, 2004 to December 31, 2017 at the request of person - on condition of payment of insurance premiums (single fee), irrespective of the amount of the paid means.".
