About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine of rather cross-border cooperation

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About cross-border cooperation" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 45, Art. 499; 2010, No. 12, Art. 116; 2014, No. 4, Art. 61):

1 paragraphs two and third to state 1) in Article in the following edition:

"cross-border cooperation - the collateral actions directed to establishment and deepening of economic, social, scientific, technological, ecological, cultural and other relations between subjects and participants of such relations in Ukraine by both appropriate subjects and participants of such relations from neighboring states within the competence determined by their national legal system;

the euroregion - organizational form of cross-border cooperation which is performed according to bilateral or multilateral agreements about cross-border cooperation";

after the paragraph of third to add with two new paragraphs of such content:

"consolidation of euroregional cooperation - form of cross-border cooperation with the status of the legal entity according to the national legal system of the state in the territory of which there is its location which purpose is encouragement, support and development for the benefit of the population of cross-border and interterritorial cooperation between subjects and participants of such relations in spheres of joint competence and according to the powers established according to the national legal system of the relevant state;

the European consolidation of territorial cooperation - consolidation of subjects of cross-border cooperation of Ukraine and appropriate subjects of the neighboring member states of the European Union with the status of the legal entity according to the national legal system of the member state of the European Union in the territory of which there is its location".
