Article 1. In part one of article 105 of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan adopted on December 8, 1992 at the eleventh session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan of the twelfth convocation (The sheet of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1993, No. 1, Art. 4; 1994, No. 1, Art. 5; Sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2003, No. 3-4, of Art. 27; Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2007, No. 4, Art. 162; 2008, No. 12, Art. 637; 2011, No. 4, Art. 100, No. 12/1, Art. 343; 2014, No. 4, Art. 85; 2017, No. 4, of the Art. 135, No. 5, of the Art. 201, No. 8, of the Art. 383) of the word "on 2,5 of year of the chairman (aksakal) and his advisers" shall be replaced with words "the chairman (aksakal)".

Article 2. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 2, 1993 No. 915-XII "About self-government institutions of citizens" (in edition of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 22, 2013 No. ZRU-350) (Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2013, No. 4, Art. 96; 2016, No. 4, Art. 125, No. 12, Art. 383; 2017, No. 9, Art. 510; 2018, No. 7, Art. 431) following changes:

1) in Article 21:

to exclude from part five of the word "and their advisers";

to exclude from part six of the word "and makhally";

Article 23 to state 2) in the following edition:

"Article 23. Election of the chairman (aksakal) of descent of citizens

The chairman (aksakal) of descent of citizens is elected for a period of three years.

The procedure for election of the chairman (aksakal) for descent of citizens is determined by the law".

Article 3. Hold regular elections of the chairman (aksakal) of descent of citizens in May, 2019.
