About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning strengthening of social protection of separate categories of persons from among the victims of Nazi prosecutions and political repressions

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Labor code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1971, appendix to No. 50, the Art. 375):

Item 5 parts two of Article 42 to add 1) with words and figures: "and also to the faces rehabilitated according to the Law of Ukraine "About recovery of victims of repressions of communist totalitarian regime of 1917-1991" from among those which were subjected to repressions in shape (forms) of imprisonment (conclusion) or restriction of freedom or the forced groundless placement of the healthy person to mental health facility according to the decision of extrajudicial or other repressive body";

2) in Article 77-2:

in the name of the word of "veterans of war" to replace with the word of "citizens";

after words "the Law of Ukraine "On the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection" to add with words and figures "to the faces rehabilitated according to the Law of Ukraine "About recovery of victims of repressions of communist totalitarian regime of 1917-1991" from among those which were subjected to repressions in shape (forms) of imprisonment (conclusion) or restriction of freedom or the forced groundless placement of the healthy person to mental health facility according to the decision of extrajudicial or other repressive body".

2. In the Housing code of the Ukrainian SSR (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1983, appendix to No. 28, the Art. 573):
