For the purpose of safety and public order in settlements of the Republic of Tajikistan, according to article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About refugees" and with article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About legal status of foreign citizens in the Republic of Tajikistan" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides.

1. Approve the enclosed list of the settlements of the Republic of Tajikistan, temporary residence at whom to persons which are looking for shelter, and it is not authorized to refugees.

2. To the ministries, departments and executive bodies on places to take adequate measures on accommodation of persons who are looking for shelter and refugees for temporary residence on representation of the State agency of social protection, employment of the population and migration in accordance with the established procedure.
