About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About ensuring sanitary and epidemic safety of the population of the Republic of Armenia"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on March 21, 2018

Article 1. ZR-43 "About ensuring sanitary and epidemic safety of the population of the Republic of Armenia" (further - the Law) to add article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of November 16, 1992 with Item 10 of the following content:

"10) approves procedures for issue of the conclusions established by this Law.".

Article 2. To state article 6 of the Law in the following edition:

"Article 6. Powers of authorized body of public administration in the field of health care of the Republic of Armenia in the field of ensuring sanitary and epidemic safety of the population

State justices the line in the field of health care of the Republic of Armenia within the competence performs authorized body:

1) development of state policy in the field of ensuring sanitary and epidemic safety of the population and ensuring its realization;

2) development of policy of health protection of the person and society, improvement of health of the population, prevention of diseases and ensuring its realization;

3) development and approval of health regulations;

4) carrying out social and hygienic observations, studying of impact of factors of the environment on health of the population;

5) organizational and methodical management of ensuring sanitary and epidemic safety of the population;

6) informing on medical and hygienic knowledge and healthy lifestyle.".

Article 3. To state article 7 of the Law in the following edition:

"Article 7. Powers of the inspection body exercising control, authorized by the Government of the Republic of Armenia in the field of ensuring sanitary and epidemic safety of the population of the Republic of Armenia
