About registration of some vehicles and modification of some legal acts

For ensuring goal achievement of reintegration of the country, and also providing the admission to participation in the international traffic of the population of left bank of Dniester and Bender's municipium according to provisions of the Vienna convention on traffic of November 8, 1968

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

In departure from provisions of the Tax code No. 1163/1997 and Customs code No. 95/2021:

1. The vehicles classified by goods item 8703, and trail cars to them, classified by goods item 8716, motorcycles (including mopeds) and bicycles with the established auxiliary engine, with carriages or without them, classified by goods item 8711, which were in property of persons specified in Item 3, till April 24, 2018 irrespective of useful life with the registration registration plates issued in administrative and territorial units of left bank of Dniester (except settlements Kochiyer, Korzhova, the Basket, Dorotskaya, Molovata Noue, Pyryta, Pokhrebya, Vasilyevka of the area Dubesar), Bender's municipium or settlements of Gysk, Kitskan, Zakhorn, Merenesht and Kremenchuk of the area Keushen, can be registered in divisions of the Agency of the state services for receipt of neutral registration registration plates with exemption of customs payments, and also without obligatory submission of customs papers.
