About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning providing the official publication of the laws of Ukraine and other regulatory legal acts
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:
1. In Article 139 of the Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approved by the Law of Ukraine "About Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. No. 14-17, of Art. 133; 2011, No. 10, Art. 64):
the second offer of part one to state in the following edition: "Publication of the laws and other acts of the Verkhovna Rada in these printing mass media is official publication";
third to add part with the words "and also the corresponding corrections in the official electronic version of the text of the act in the Legislation of Ukraine database on the official website of the Verkhovna Rada are performed";
add with part five of such content:
"5. In addition to official publication, the laws, resolutions and other acts of the Verkhovna Rada are also brought to the attention of the population by their publication on the official website of the Verkhovna Rada".
2. Part the fifth article 52 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (2014, 13, the Art. 222) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to No. in the following edition:
"5. Official publication of resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is performed in the Pravitelstvenny Kuryer newspaper and the Official Bulletin of Ukraine, and also in other official printing publications and mass media determined by the law. Besides, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine will be promulgated by their placement on the official website of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".
