About approval of Changes in the Procedure for provision of identifiers of access to Unified and State registers which holder is the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

According to Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228 (with changes), I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for provision of identifiers of access to Unified and State registers which holder is the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, No. 2586/5, approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 15, 2015 No. 1568/28013, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 15, 2015 which are applied.

2. Determine that before entry into force the Law of Ukraine "About electronic confidential services" to access for users to registers applies the digital signature with use of the protected carrier of personal key and the strengthened certificate of open key of the digital signature which meet the requirements determined by the Law of Ukraine "About the digital signature" and are compatible to the software of Unified and State registers which holder is the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To department of private law () submit A.N. Ferens this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
