Approve Changes vporyadok, forms and requirements for submission of information to the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine about the operating government assistance to subjects of managing, No. 43-rp approved by the order of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine of December 28, 2015 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 26, 2016 for No. 141/28271, which are applied.

2. To submit to department of monitoring and control of government assistance this order on state registration in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. This order becomes effective in thirty calendar days from the date of its official publication.

4. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
