About change of the Resolution of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus
Based on paragraphs of the third and thirteenth of part one of article 26 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about the earth, subitem 5.1 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 958 "Questions of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus", the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus of September 30, 2016 No. 18 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for division, merge of the parcels of land and work on establishment (recovery) and fixing of border of the parcel of land, and also on change of border of the parcel of land" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 15.11. 2016, 8/31409) following changes and amendments:
1.1. in the name and Item 1 of the word "on change of border of the parcel of land" shall be replaced with words "on change of borders of the parcels of land";
1.2. in the Instruction about procedure for division, merge of the parcels of land and work on establishment (recovery) and fixing of border of the parcel of land, and also on change of the border of the parcel of land approved by this resolution:
1.2.1. in the name and Item 1 of the word "on change of border of the parcel of land" shall be replaced with words "on change of borders of the parcels of land";
