For the purpose of creation of the corresponding regulatory base according to requirements of articles 76 and 90 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity" concerning implementation of powers of temporary administration and liquidation of bank by persons having the certificate of the National Bank of Ukraine on the right of implementation of temporary administration and liquidation of bank, Board of the National Bank of Ukraine
DECIDES:
1. Approve Regulations on certification of persons on the right of implementation of temporary administration and liquidation of bank it (is applied).
2. To take heads of central office of the National Bank of Ukraine and its organizations for management in work the specified Provision and to strictly observe its requirements.
3. The resolution becomes effective in 10 days after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman V. L. Krotyuk, General department of banking supervision (P. V. Andrushchenko).
