About modification of Licensed conditions of production of economic activity on distribution of electrical energy

According to the laws of Ukraine "About licensing of types of economic activity", "About the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities" "About the market of electrical energy" the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on distribution of electrical energy approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of December 27, 2017 No. 1470, the following changes:

1) to add Chapter 1 with new Item 1.6 of the following content:

"1.6. If the license applicant corresponds to such criteria:

has the current license on the right of implementation of economic activity on transfer of electrical energy local (local) power networks or to distribution of electrical energy;

has the rates for distribution/transfer of electrical energy established by NKREKP;

does not change the place of implementation of economic activity according to the current license,

for receipt of the new license on distribution of electrical energy the license applicant applies that to the statement for receipt of the license:
