About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About funded pensions"

Article 1. ZR-244-N "About funded pensions" to add article 81 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 22, 2010 with parts 8.1 and 8.2 of the following content:

"8.1. Before decrease by the Tax code of the Republic of Armenia of burden of taxation by the income tax of the income of the physical persons who are not individual entrepreneurs and notaries, half of social payment, stipulated in Item 1 part 2 of article 6 of this Law for persons who are not the individual entrepreneurs and notaries established by Items 1 and 2 of part 1 of article 5 of this Law, but no more than 12500 dram, the state makes.

8.2. Before decrease by the Tax code of the Republic of Armenia of burden of taxation by the income tax of the income of the physical persons who are not individual entrepreneurs and notaries, difference of the accumulative assignments made for persons provided by part 8.1. this Article, and the social payment estimated and listed (collected) of the income of these persons cannot exceed 37500 dram a month.".

Article 2. This Law extends to the obligations on social payment which arose after July 1 of this year.

This Law becomes effective since July 1, 2018.
