About modification of the Procedure for control of activities of arbitration managers (managers of property, managing directors of sanitation, liquidators)

According to the subitem of 1 Item 3,   I ORDER to Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 02, 2014 No. 228,:

1. Make to the section VII of the Procedure for control of activities of arbitration managers (managers of the property, managing directors of sanitation, liquidators) approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of June 27, 2013 No. 1284/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 03, 2013 for No. 1113/23645, the following changes:

 Item 7.1 to add 1) with the new paragraph of such content:

"establishment by results of monitoring of persons which underwent advanced training, the fact of not passing by the arbitration manager of advanced training according to the procedure, established by state body concerning bankruptcy.";

 Item 7.2 to add 2) with new paragraphs of such content:

"By results of monitoring of persons which underwent advanced training, the structural division of Ministry of Justice prepares and brings submission to the Disciplinary commission about imposing on arbitration managers of authority punishment based on the paragraph of the ninth Item 7.1 of this Section.

The list of arbitration managers who did not undergo advanced training according to the procedure, established by state body concerning bankruptcy is attached to representation. The copy of representation goes the arbitration manager specified in the list, note.".
