About cancellation of the List of the medicines permitted to import and application in medical practice in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic

Based on Art. 35 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About medicines" the Ministry of Health of the KR approved the List of the medicines permitted to import and application in medical practice in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic based on which distributors performed import of the unregistered medicines to the republic with condition of their registration within year.

For the purpose of involvement of the manufacturing plants to registration of medicines in the Kyrgyz Republic, I order:

1. To the CEO ДЛОиМТ (Kurmanov R. A.):

1.1. Stop issue of the reference confirming products belonging to medicines on the medicines entering the List of the medicines permitted to import and application in medical practice in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the List) since July 1, 2013;

1.2. inform all legal entities performing the wholesale supplies of medicines from the List about the termination of their import to customs area of the KR before passing of the procedure of state registration in accordance with the established procedure;

1.3. carry out work with wholesale suppliers and producers of the vital medicines from the List on attraction them to state registration to the KR. 

2. Consider invalid the following orders of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- the order MZ KR No. 688 of 19.12.2012. "About introduction of amendments to the order MZ KR of 15.03.12 No. 121 "About approval of the List of the medicines permitted to import and application in medical practice in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic";

- the order MZ KR of 15.03.12 No. 121 "About approval of the List of the medicines permitted to import and application in medical practice in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic";
