1. For the purpose of this Instruction the settlement period is determined as:
calendar year from January 1 to December 31 inclusive;
in case of introduction of prohibition of the Bank of Russia on implementation of transactions of fund for mandatory pension insurance - the period from January 1 on Date of Introduction of prohibition inclusive;
