1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Rules of tendering by results of which the service prices on transportation of solid utility waste for the regional operator approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 3, 2016 No. 1133 "About approval of Rules of tendering by results of which service prices on transportation of solid utility waste for the regional operator" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 46, Art. 6466 are created are created; 2017, No. 44, Art. 6514).

"13. If the auction, including auction which participants can be only subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship is acknowledged cancelled on the bases specified regarding the 4th article 71 of the Federal Law, the organizer of auction has the right to provide independently transportation of solid utility waste or holds auction repeatedly.".
