Bring in the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 28, 2013 No. 1084 "About procedure for maintaining the register of the contracts signed by customers and the register of contracts containing the data which are the state secret" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 49, Art. 6427; 2016, No. 50, Art. 7103; 2017, No. 17, Art. 2566) following changes:
a) in Item 3 of Rules of maintaining the register of the contracts signed by customers approved by the specified resolution of the word "44 and 45, Item 46 (regarding the contracts signed with physical persons)" shall be replaced with words "44, 45, Item 46 (regarding the contracts signed with physical persons) and Item 52";
b) in item 4 of Rules of maintaining the register of the contracts containing the data which are the state secret, approved by the specified resolution of the word "44 - 46 (regarding the contracts signed with physical persons)" shall be replaced with words "44, 45, Item 46 (regarding the contracts signed with physical persons) and Item 52".
