About mutual recognition of documents of the state sample on education
The government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan which are hereinafter referred to as by the Parties
being guided by the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on cooperation in the field of the higher education and science of March 9, 2018,
wishing to promote further development and deepening of interstate bonds in the field of education,
aiming at setting standards of mutual recognition of documents of the state sample on education,
agreed as follows:
This agreement determines procedure for recognition of the documents of the state sample on education issued by state educational institutions of the states of the Parties.
The certificate on general main education granted in the Republic of Tajikistan, and the certificate about secondary education issued in the Republic of Uzbekistan are recognized the Parties as the documents granting the right to their owners on continuation of training in educational programs of the subsequent education level in educational institutions of the states of the Parties after examination (or offsettings).
The certificate on general secondary education and the diploma on primary professional education (with receipt of general secondary education) issued in the Republic of Tajikistan and the diploma about secondary vocational, professional education (with receipt of the secondary (complete) general education), issued in the Republic of Uzbekistan are recognized both states and grant the right to their owners to continue training in educational programs of higher education in educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Tajikistan after examination (or offsettings).
The admission to professional activity is performed according to the legislation of the states of the Parties.
