About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning access for persons with special educational needs to educational services

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About vocational training" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1998, No. 32, Art. 215 with subsequent changes):

Article 2 paragraph two after words to "citizens" to add 1) with the words "including to persons with special educational needs";

2) in Article 3:

the second offer of part two to state in the following edition: "Professional (professional) training provides forming and development of the professional kompetentnost of the personality necessary for professional activity by certain profession in the corresponding industry, providing its competitiveness in the labor market and mobility, perspectives of its career development during life";

add with part eight of such content:

"Inclusive professional (professional) training - system of educational services for the receipt of profession or professional skills by persons with special educational needs guaranteed by the state";

3) in Article 5:
