About establishment of priority types of activity (sectors of economy) of investment projects

For the purpose of application of the tariff privilege established by subitem 7.1.11 of Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130, according to articles 10 and 17   of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Establish the following priority types of activity (sectors of economy) to which the tariff privilege established by subitem 7.1.11 of Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130 is applied:

1) the industrial productions based on innovative technologies;

2) light industry;

3) food industry;

4) power;

5) agricultural industry, production and conversion of agricultural products;

6) assembly production;

7) tourism;

8) the production oriented to export;

9) communication networks and systems of kommutation;

10) road transport, including electrobuss, buses;

11) banking and payment activity;

12) health care (the medical equipment, including component parts and spare parts for it, and also products of medical appointment);

13) air transport (civilian passenger airliners);

14) construction.

1-1. Determine that the tariff privilege established by subitem 7.1.11 of Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130, is applied in case of observance of the following conditions:

1) the investment project within which implementation processing equipment, spare parts to it, the raw materials and (or) materials included in the register of investment projects is imported;
