Considering special value of the State cable agency (АзерТАдж) under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic in more flexible and operational distribution of information on social and political, economic and cultural life of our state and for the purpose of more complete use of its opportunities I decide:

1. Refer to as the State cable agency (АзерТАдж) under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic "The Azerbaijani state cable agency (АзерТАдж)".

2. Charge to the head of Executive office of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic to submit in a month the project of provision of Azertadzha for approval to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic.

3. Create as a part of Azertadzha the main edition on preparation and distribution of information in foreign languages.

4. To provide to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:

- increase in connection with expansion of activities of Azertadzha of limit of its established posts on 8 units;

- acquisition of necessary technical equipment for bringing its material and technical resources to the level of modern requirements;

- opening of necessary workplaces in offices of Azertadzha in foreign countries and equipment by their technical equipment;

- considering considerable expansion of international backgrounds of Azertadzha, in the future when designing the government budget to provide increase in the communication expenses allocated to it and rendering preferential communication services.

5. Considering specific features of work of Azertadzha and great value at the present stage of work in the field of official information of work at the national level, to raise generally for fifty percent the salary of employees of Azertadzha.
