To add 1) with Article 56.1 of the following content:
"Article 56.1. Person concerning whom criminal case is allocated in separate production in connection with the conclusion with it the pre-judicial agreement on cooperation
1. Person concerning whom criminal case is allocated in separate production in connection with the conclusion with it the pre-judicial agreement on cooperation, - the participant of criminal trial recruited in legal proceedings on criminal case concerning assisting offenders.
2. Person concerning whom criminal case is allocated in separate production in connection with the conclusion with it the pre-judicial agreement on cooperation is allocated with the rights provided by part four of article 56 of this Code with the withdrawals provided by this Article.
