Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 10, 1995 No. 196-FZ "About traffic safety" (The Russian Federation Code, 1995, No. 50, Art. 4873; 2002, No. 18, Art. 1721; 2009, No. 48, Art. 5717; 2012, No. 25, Art. 3268; No. 31, Art. 4320; 2013, No. 17, Art. 2032; No. 19, Art. 2319; No. 52, Art. 7002; 2016, No. 18, Art. 2502; No. 27, Art. 4229; 2017, No. 52, Art. 7921; 2018, No. 1, Art. 27) following changes:

Article 2 to add 1) with the paragraph of the following content:

"the tachograph - the technical tool of control providing the continuous, not adjusted registration of information on speed and traffic route of the vehicle about time of vehicle control and rest of the transport driver, about work-rest schedule of the transport driver, management of which belongs to its labor duties.";

2) in Article 20:

b) add Item 3 with paragraphs of the following content:
