Article 1

Bring in article 33 of the Federal Law of July 3, 2016 No. 305-FZ "About modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation in connection with enhancement of public administration in the field of control of drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and their precursors and in the field of migration" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 27, the Art. 4238) the following changes:

"11.1. To the staff of bodies of drug enforcement employed in law-enforcement bodies according to part of 1 this Article, the period from the date of dismissal in connection with transfer in other state body about day of acceptance on service in law-enforcement bodies is set off in calendar calculation in service length (length of service) for award of pension for long service, the monthly allowance to salary of monthly monetary pay for service length (length of service), payments of lump-sum allowance in case of dismissal of the employee of law-enforcement bodies, provisions of additional vacation for service length in law-enforcement bodies, provisions of other social guarantees, representation to rewarding with the state awards of the Russian Federation and departmental distinctions.";

Part 12 to add 2) with the words "and the period from the date of dismissal in connection with transfer in other state body about day of acceptance on service in law-enforcement bodies in the absence of other work (service) during the specified period".

Article 2

1. This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
