"5) providing with the licensee - the speaker of TV channel of availability to hard of hearing persons of products of mass media of at least five percent of amount of broadcasting a week (without TV programs, telecasts going to ether without making an appointment).".
This Federal Law becomes effective since January 1, 2020.
