1. Approve the Procedure for control of observance of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on designing, construction and reconstruction of the existing meliorative systems and separate objects of engineering infrastructure it (is applied).
2. Gospredprinimatelstva (Apatenko O. P.) and to Management of science, normative and technical providing and project works Gosvodkhoza (Varnitsky O. S.) to provide to head department of control, reforming of procedures of legalization of subjects of housekeeping in accordance with the established procedure state registration of this order in Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To management of science, normative and technical providing and project works of Gosvodkhoz to publish the Procedure in mass media.
