About modification of the Law on improvement of banks and bank resolution No. 232/2016
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Article 52 of the Law on improvement of banks and the bank resolution No. 232/2016 (2016, 707), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 343-346, in the following edition:
"Article 52. - The period of appointment of the interim manager shall not exceed one year. The National Bank of Moldova can extend in exclusive procedure the period of appointment of the interim manager as required if conditions to destination of the interim manager continue to be satisfied. The National Bank of Moldova as competent authority bears responsibility for determination, in that measure in which conditions for maintenance of the interim manager and reasons for this decision before shareholders are satisfied.".
Art. II. - This law becomes effective from the date of publication.
