In the Regulations about ownership of shares in the authorized capital of bank approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 127 of June 27, 2013 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2013, nr.198-204, art. 1419), with subsequent changes and amendments, registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova on August 30, 2013 at number 937, to make the following changes and additions:

1) In all text of regulations, including in the name:

a) replace the words "ownership of shares" with the word "ownerships" in the corresponding case;

b) the words "essential share" shall be replaced with words "essential ownership" in the corresponding case;
